Exchange & Return
Returns:
You have the right to return only unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn, with the tags attached, in the original packaging) for exchange or refund within 30 days. We recommend you return items by recorded delivery to ensure safe return. Please include your name, address, and order reference number with the returned goods for a smoother processing of your return.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size at no additional carriage charge. However, if you wish to exchange for a different item, it will be treated as a new order, and standard postage charges will apply.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving the returned goods in their original condition. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
How do I exchange or refund?
Please do not send any items back without contacting us beforehand. Returns or exchanges sent without prior communication may not be identifiable or processed correctly.
